CIC Wealth Managing Director Frank Cappador manages client portfolio designs and organizes 401(k) meetings for employee enrollment and communications for participants in plans.
Frank previously worked with Harvest Investment Consultants, LLC and VALIC, an American General Company, where he handled fiscal portfolios as a Retirement Planning Specialist and an Investment assisting high value clients approaching or in the midst of retirement.
Frank achieved the CRPC® professional designation (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) and has been trained in investment fiduciary responsibility. In addition, he has earned the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF), awarded by the Center of Fiduciary Studies, Joseph M. Katz Graduate School, University of Pittsburgh. Frank maintains FINRA Series 7, 31, 63 and 65 securities registrations. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Finance concentration from Towson University.
He has lived in Maryland for the past 30 years. Frank currently resides in Carroll County with his daughter and wife. He contributes time to his community and church and in his free time he loves coaching softball with his daughter’s team.
