Frank Cappadora
Chief Compliance Officer
Frank is the Chief Compliance Officer of CIC Wealth. He is responsible for client portfolio designs and also coordinates 401(k) employee enrollment meetings and plan participant communications.
Formerly with Harvest Investment Consultants, LLC and VALIC, an American General Company, Frank managed financial portfolios as an Investment Advisor and a Retirement Planning Specialist working with high net worth clients nearing or already enjoying retirement.
Frank has received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility, has earned the CRPC® professional designation (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) as well as the professional designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF), awarded by the Center of Fiduciary Studies, Joseph M. Katz Graduate School, University of Pittsburgh. Frank graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a concentration in Finance.
As a resident of Maryland for the past 30 years, Frank lives in Carroll County with his wife and daughter. He is an active member of his church and community and enjoys coaching his daughter’s travel fast-pitch softball team in his spare time.
